The firm

It started 10 years ago with a few apartments. They belonged to friends and acquaintances who had no patience for renting them out and asked us to handle it.

In all those years we've never run a single advert. Every new owner came by recommendation, from someone we'd already helped. Our referral programme wasn't an add-on to the marketing — it was the whole of it.

We believe renting is a relationship measured in years, not a transaction measured in months. Clients who stay with us longer get better terms.
